    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is the fourth impeachment that we, as Senators, are handling in less than three years. For those who have served more than one term they would be more. We are sitting as a jury, as a quasi-judicial proceeding; as a court of law. It is important that in the eyes of anybody who comes before us to see that not only has he or she been subjected to a process that is fair, but that he or she has also received justice.
