    "content": "For those who have concerns and those interested in the reforms of the tea sector who are worried about the provisions that have been proposed here, we assure them that when the Board is place, we, as a House, led by Sen. Cheruiyot or the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, will come up with amendments and introduce them here. By the time we will be coming back in February or March next year, we will relook at what should be improved to make the Tea Bill even far much better. So, we are doing this in the knowledge that we will have an opportunity again to revisit the issues raised."
