    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, all those ten countries are served by the Mombasa Tea Auction. Any messing up with the auction is likely to affect the country and this will contribute to the decline in the purchase of tea in this country. Finally, as you have limited my time, the auction in Mombasa covers about 75 per cent of the tea that is sold in the country. The 15 per cent is sold by the private treaties and the other remaining five per cent or ten per cent is sold by the packers within the country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, it will not affect much if the two systems are allowed to be used in the sale of tea. I oppose these amendments that have been done to the Bill. Unless those issues are addressed, I will not support them."
