    "content": "Farmers have been exploited not just in Kenya but all over the world. A sensitive Senate such as ours looks to see ways in which farmers can be protected. This Bill now protects the farmer. The auction charges we have been told have now come from 1.5 to 0.75 per cent. The KTDA and other management charges have come from 2.5 to 1.5 per cent."
