    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as a matter of fact, ECD centres are almost everywhere across the country. In fact, they are linked to primary schools. However, for the case of ASAL areas, there are very limited ECD centres. That is true. That is why we carry out school readiness programme which allows the children who have never been to ECD to be ready to join Class I. We do that in the month of August, so that the children in ASAL areas who have not been exposed to ECD facilities can join Class I with comfort."
