    "content": "Clause 7 of the Bill amended- in sub-clause (1)- (i) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c) - “(ca) the Principal Secretary responsible for National Treasury or a representative nominated by the Principal Secretary in writing;” (ii) by deleting paragraphs (d), (e), (f) and (g) and substituting therefor the following new paragraphs− “(d) one person of either gender, who shall have knowledge and experience in the tea sector and be from either the East and West tea blocks, nominated alternatingly by the Council of Governors;"
