    "content": "(4) If a person is convicted of an offence under this section, the court shall order that any tea and any vehicle, vessel or other conveyance in relation to which an offence has been committed shall be forfeited to the Government unless, in the case of a vehicle, vessel or other conveyance, the court deems it necessary, for reasons to be recorded by it in writing, not to do so.
