    "content": "(5) A person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding five million shillings or to both. Management 24J. (1) A person who intends to manufacture or deal agent agreement. in tea may engage the services of a management agent upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed in the management agreement between them."
