    "content": "(2) The Fund shall consist of- (a) monies appropriated by the National Assembly; (b) monies from the tea levy; (c) monies from a source approved by the Board; (d) grants and donations made to the Board. (3) The Board shall apply the monies received into the Fund to— (a)income or price stabilization; (b)research and development."
