    "content": "These people are injecting money into the economy. The problem we have is two- fold. One is about investment advice that we thought would be given to them by the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage and Professional Athletes of Kenya (PAK). This way, they would not win the money and not know where to invest. Those of us who come from the North Rift know the value of that money and what it has done in there."
