    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was talking about the issue of double taxation on the winnings. Somebody may be taxed in Europe or America, but when they come back, they are taxed again. As I said earlier, the Ministry, our President and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) should do something. I think the President will only work when there is proper advice from the Cabinet Secretary in charge. However, since there is incompetence within that Ministry, it will always be hard to ensure that our athletes are not subjected to double taxation."
