    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, athletes bring a lot of glory to our country. Some of our sports men and women win medals and other awards in their hay days. There is need for us to fast-track the Bill. I would like to thank you, Mr. Speaker, for the centre that you started for athletes that is still under construction. I am alive to the things that you, Mr. Speaker, are doing in Bungoma for the purposes of ensuring that Kenyans are involved in athletics and many issues. I am sure that if you are elected as the Governor of Bungoma again, you are going to complete the project that you had started."
