    "content": "that they do for this country. When the athletes go out to participate in international competitions, they represent a whole nation. They represent Kenya as a Nation. The athletes who go out to represent our country should feel like we recognize what they are doing. Athletes should be advised on how to use their money so that when they are old and retired, they can have indicators of what they did during their hay days. I beg to support this Bill that I hope is going to see light at the end of the tunnel. When this Bill is enacted into law, I hope that we will see our athletes benefitting from it, starting 2021. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
