    "content": "Again, Hon. Members, debate on this Motion was concluded before the House went on recess and the Question could not be put, which I hereby do since the House quorates. THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations on its consideration of Accession to the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 17th November 2020, and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the Accession to the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance by the Republic of Kenya."
