Members, for the information of the House, all the Bills listed to be read the First Time, as you may have noticed from the Gazette Notice, are listed to proceed to First Reading after the two Speakers of the Houses of Parliament resolved the question as to whether the Bills concern or do not concern county governments as contemplated under Article 110(3) of the Constitution. The matter has been resolved and, therefore, these Bills can now proceed.
