    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Amendment Bill on various fronts. This is a factual Bill. It is a Bill that we need to debate when we have real facts with us, and know the situation at hand. I look at this Bill from two or three angles: One, based on the issues that have been raised in the VAT Act, the reduction in VAT, the reduction in Corporation Tax and the Pay as You Earn (PAYE).
