    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As I indicated earlier, I stand to support this Bill based on the facts that have been alluded to by the Committee. I want to congratulate the Committee for carrying out an effective public participation by engaging very credible stakeholders. The Committee has given its comments for and against any proposed amendment by the stakeholders. The Committee has taken into effect every proposed amendment by the stakeholders and has given an indication on whether they agree or not.
