    "content": "We would like to delete this particular provision which states, “provided that this provision shall apply to the income earned from 15th April 2020.” We would like to go back to how it was before April so that it applies to income in this financial reporting year of 2020 and is not necessarily put at that date as it would then create confusion. This is an amendment that is agreed upon with the National Treasury."
