Outa to forward a complaint to the Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHRC) for purposes of investigation and charging of those people because it is a violation. Let us call it what it is. It is a violation of human rights and Article 28 of the Constitution. There is an Article in the Constitution called the Right to Human Dignity. Even giving somebody a toilet is a right to their dignity. Denying children food and shelter at night is a violation and must be treated as such."
