    "content": "As I was reading through, I wondered what types of offences might be coming up here. I saw the various bodies and the Authority, and I can imagine they might be related to professional impropriety, but again, there might be some other fines. I think this is where you might want to liaise very closely with the regulations. For example, earlier on, we had a Motion on demolition of houses. Maybe these are the sorts of penalties we want to think about. For example, if somebody has grown mung beans and they burn them without a legal process, a huge punishment needs to be imposed on that person."
