As I second very briefly, this is one Committee that is really required now, especially after we have seen quite a number of issues that are happening outside the House. As you can see, there is fairness in the constitution of this Committee. Some Members who ordinarily would have been partakers of discipline for the many things they do outside this House are members. Most of Members could behave differently outside there but when they are here, they behave well. The most specific one here is Hon. Johana Ng’eno Kipyegon who behaves very well within the Chambers but, while he is outside, I am not so sure he does the same. Well, we are not so much bothered about what happens outside the Chamber.
