    "content": "This is an important time. I know the Committee has had challenges. We had to make three changes to the Committee not on account of incompetence, but because of other considerations. It involves the inclusion of Hon. Marselino Arbelle, the Whip of the Majority Party, Emmanuel Wangwe and Joseph Manje. They have come in as new Members. Obviously, this is a totally new Committee. The old one stood disbanded. If a Member does not find his name in the new reconstituted Committee, he should know that his name has been dropped."
