    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I stand to second the list as read by the Leader of the Majority Party. Sorry I came late, but it is good to emphasise that the Budget and Appropriations Committee is the nerve of our parliamentary activities. I know this is a difficult time as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. I hope they will apply prudent policies and ensure that our country does not go broke and also ensure that all sectors of our economy are funded properly. I wish the new Members and all Members good luck. I know it is a very busy Committee."
