    "content": "The more we do that even at the local level, the more it will help boost our tourism. Even tourists coming from outside will need to see what it is that the locals are going to see, and get enticed. But when we do not even visit the parks ourselves, how would you then encourage people from outside to come and see the animals when you cannot even explain to them the kind of animals we have; the difference between a buffalo and an elephant? That is the kind of thing we encourage and this policy kind of captures some of those things."
