My analysis has it that the Value Added Tax (VAT) on imports has not been responding. I know that this is an area that requires closer and intensified look. I want to urge the Minister for Finance under whose docket the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) falls, to find ways and means of netting the VAT therein."
