    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I seek your indulgence to make a comment or two on this Petition that was brought to the House. I am grateful that Sen. (Dr.) Milgo and her Committee was able to get on it. This is because it stayed for quite a while. It was submitted before she became the Chair of the Committee. Mr. Speaker, Sir, Njiru area in Kasarani Constituency is well known to me. It has many issues. A lot of money has been put in over time, through NG-CDF and the community from the FY 2013 and before. The intention was to help the community because there are no enough schools in that area. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
