We found out that Kenyans in London have forgotten about that High Commission. In particular, the conduct of the then High Commissioner, Ambassador Joseph Muchemi was shocking. This was a rogue ambassador. This was an Ambassador who could not take orders from his own Permanent Secretary and Minister. He only knew authorities from a higher office."
