    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to add my voice to this Petition. I am a Member of the Committee on Education. Therefore, I know when the Petition was presented before the Committee. I want to make two observations. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I sympathise with the people of Njiru area in Kasarani Constituency because of the many resources that the National Government- Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) office has put into the facility and the delay of the opening of the school. I also want to point out that the Ministry of Education, which is in charge of registration of schools, must ensure that before a school is registered, it is in an environment that will not pose problems in the future, for the school.
