When you have a National Assembly of 420 Members, a stream in a day secondary school is 40 students multiplied by eight classes makes a total of 320 students. For you to identify those students, they must be dressed in a uniform. When Parliament has 500 or more Members, then the prudent way is getting a uniform to identify one another, because many strangers will be around and the security of Parliament will be threatened."
