    "content": "If agriculture forms 60 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) yet, every year we are having 30 to 40 percent post-harvest losses, then we are putting money in a hole. We must look at storage, access to markets and extension officers and the contribution at the end of the value chain which is the markets. That is very important. I am very happy that Sen.
