    "content": "With this Bill, it shows that each and every crop should in this case have a policy, so that all crops are given the importance they deserve. As I looked at this Bill, I was even thinking around issues of millet. Millet is a crop that has been neglected for a long time, yet it has got a lot of iron. Normally, we take people to hospitals and we are told they have run short of blood. If they were eating Ugali mixed with millet, they would reduce the requirement of such nutrients."
