The Bill has spoken for all the farmers of this country because they suffer under similar circumstances. We are now talking about overproduction of ndengu . To me, this is artificial overproduction because if only we placed ndengu on the table of each and every Kenyan and knew how to market it, it would not be called an overproduction."
