    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. I begin by sincerely thanking Members for their contributions in support of the Mung Beans Bill. On my own behalf as the Mover and sponsor of this Bill, and on behalf of Kenyans across this country in the 38 counties that Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki has mentioned that are potential growers of Ndengu, I thank you very much for the overwhelming support that this Bill has received from Members of the Senate of the Republic of Kenya. It may look like a small thing to a section of people in this country. However, I want to assure the House and this country that the Senate of the Republic of Kenya has dedicated an entire afternoon to discuss Ndengu grown by suffering peasant farmers across this nation. It is a very bold statement on the direction that this Senate is taking."
