    "content": "It is not very new for us and over time we have for example heard of certain cooperative societies that have started and got membership but for one reason or another have not been sustainable. That suggests we need to find a way to cushion both the cooperative societies and the people. We need to make sure there are stringent laws to control the borrowing, the principles of paying the loans, products and all the general things that are very important in running of these cooperative societies."
