There are some countries whose ambassadors to Somalia are based here in Nairobi! We have a vision for Somalia; we have a liaison officer in Mogadishu and Hargeisa, but because of security problems in Somalia, our embassy runs our business on Somalia from Nairobi. There is nothing strange about that! As soon as Somalia normalizes, we will send our ambassador to Mogadishu."
