During our First Session, His Excellency the President said that as legislators, our role is to protect, defend and uphold the supremacy of our constitutional institutions and constitutional independent bodies. One is the IPOA, just to mention a few. We have confidence in our Leader of the Majority Party. If he moves a Motion, let Hon. John Mbadi, Leader of the Minority Party, second. That is in order. I am in agreement with that. So, let us proceed. Put the Question now."
