"content": "You may applaud Hon. Limo. The truth of the matter is that some of these things are basic and straightforward. If from the word go we are talking about debate being limited to a certain timeline, there is nothing much that Members can add. If they really want to add something, I would suggest something better. If you really think there is something you need to rectify, you can as well propose to amend or reject it. They are basic. Much as I agree with Hon. Limo that Members must debate robustly, they must also be keen to know that there are some Motions that do not need long debates. Both sides are fairly correct. I will proceed to do what I am supposed to do."
