    "content": "We also know that this being the year just before elections, Members would want to concentrate on constituencies. If in the First Part of the Session we can load most of the Bills between now and May, as we finish the budget cycle between June and July, we can relax to give Members more time to be out there. We are asking for a bit of sacrifice and giving Members an opportunity to transact business in the evening, which we currently do not do. So, we will end up with five Sittings. The evening Sittings are light; they are only two hours, but they are Sittings, all the same. We will be able to allocate all business that we have and finish as much as is possible."
