"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to ask Question No.004/2021. The Question is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the construction of the Kopere-Meteitei- Timboroa Road is way behind its scheduled completion time, and further state the timelines within which the bridges along the road will also be completed? (ii) What action has the Government taken against public officers who supervised and certified the substandard works done on the road, which have been exemplified by numerous potholes that have led to accidents? (iii) Could the Ministry consider blacklisting the firm which carried the construction of the said road and deny any contracts in future on account of poor workmanship of the road? Thank you."
