I am more convinced that we need one lead Committee and the rest can be enjoined by virtue of the Committee calling for information from other departments. As you will realise, we are talking about a national dimension which can only be taken care of by the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public works and Housing. This is because in other areas probably there are no issues on human rights and the social aspect of it like disability is not affecting them."
