"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. It is very normal for human beings not to disown their children. This is my child and I cannot disown it. I go by the verdicts of the rules and regulations of this House. What I had in mind, actually, I did not mention anywhere that there should not be no demonstrations and picketing. I even quoted the laws of the commonwealth nations. I do not want to say Members ignored that. However, my thinking was that there should be limitations. For example, you cannot demonstrate at the military barracks or hospitals. Those are what I picked. You cannot even block an ambulance when someone is dying because of your rights. Those were the parameters I used which may not have been understood. I still feel that as much as we want to picket and demonstrate, there should be limitations. I am a first timer and I have not experienced those things. Even if I came to this Parliament the other day, I have seen politicians demonstrate, I have seen sufferings and loss of lives and I picked it from that. There were no ill feelings about this. I picked it from experience and observation. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I beg to reply."
