    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this important amendment by Hon. Kassim Tandaza. I want to congratulate him for the amendments. This is a very important crop. As many of my colleagues have said, it will help improve the economy of this country. I know there is need for the alleviation of poverty of the people of the Coast region. This is a good sign, if we support them on this crop, because it will help their economy grow. As I support this Bill, I know in this country we depend a lot on agriculture. When we encourage some of those crops, we are improving our economy.
