    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as elected leaders of this country, after passing the proposed Draft Constitution, it is important that we go out and inform and educate our people on the value of this move. As the Mover said, we need to tell our people about voter registration. We need to register so that our people can give this country a new Constitution at the Referendum. I know that the proposed Constitution may not be perfect, but it is going to be good medicine for this country. It is going to bring cohesion and unity. Therefore, this country is like a sick patient who requires medication to heal. So, if we can preach the message of peace, unity and cohesion, it will be very important."
