    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will go back a little and mention about the Draft Constitution. The Draft Constitution is going to get rid of ethnicity, impunity and corruption. Most importantly, it is going to get rid of nepotism. So, there are many issues which we, as elected leaders, need to go and educate our people about. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need to go and talk about security. As you realize, our borders are porous. The hon. Members who come from areas which border international boundaries need to go there and tell their people what the Government is doing to safeguard and protect their security and property. So, this is a well deserved recess."
