    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need a break. As you can see in the House, hon. Members are tired. When we go on recess, it does not mean that our work as Parliamentarians has ended there. It is down there in the constituencies where we actually have a lot of work. We have now been told that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance released funds for Economic Stimulus Programme. Actually, we have had a lot of resistance at the line Ministries level. Some of us were not given the type of recommendations that we had wanted. They gave other projects at different places. So, there is a lot of resistance. I think we need to be down there at this time to make sure that at least this money is properly utilized. We have complained in this House about the Bills of Quantities (BQ) that were given by the Government and up to now, we are not very happy because the type of money that we need in different constituencies differs according to constituency."
