    "content": "I agree with Hon. Mbadi. These masks are a bit tight. I have been here the whole day. So, I am a bit more stressed than most of you. I agree that there is some contradiction in Clause 8 of the Bill that I hope the Committee will sort out to make sure that it accords with what the Constitution says. I explained before. I believe that a referendum can have one question or a series of questions which are inter-connected or disconnected depending on what the original promoter wanted. We cannot be the ones to prescribe that the promoter should provide for a, b, c or d."
