Anyone of you or any Kenyan can decide on whether Kenya should continue borrowing from China. Just promote and that will be the question that Kenyans will have to decide on. If they say we cut ties with China, we will have to because they are the sovereign. They will be making that decision in their capacity as sovereign. Hon. Maanzo, you may have the Floor."
