    "content": "We are coming to the fourth stage of the constitutional making process. The Committee of Experts (CoE) has done its work, the Parliamentary Select Committee also did their work, we also did our work as Members of Parliament and the exercise now goes to Kenyans who have the right and the last say on whether the Constitution is going to be implemented or not. I know that Kenyans have looked for this Constitution for a very long time. We need to have civic education outside there and with hon. Members going to preach peace during the recess, I am sure the harmony will make us go through this process very amicably."
