I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Article 113(2) of the Constitution and Standing Order 150, this House adopts the report of the Mediation Committee on the Public-Private Partnerships (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 52 of 2017), laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 3rd December 2020, and approves the mediated version of the Public-Private Partnerships (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 52 of 2017).
