    "content": "I just want to caution that let us not scandalise ourselves because if it is a matter of people using committees to lobby for funding for their constituencies, it happens every day. I have been in the Public Accounts Committee, and I will tell you that, at that time, we got funding from the Ministry of Education. There is nothing wrong with that because the money went to the schools in my constituency and the constituencies of the rest of the Members of the Public Accounts Committee. In the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, I know that out of the Fuel Levy Fund, there are some allocations that go to the Members of those Committees. There is nothing wrong with that because this is at the discretion of the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works.
